Arrival to Istanbul

Day 1- You will meet your driver at Istanbul Airport after a 20 minutes ride you will get your hotel. Free afternon in İstanbul.


Day 2- İstanbul, Ankara, Cappadocia

We will take an early flight to Ankara( capital of Turkey) in Ankara will visit Anatolian Civilization  Museum.one of the oldest museum of Turkey where remnents dates back to Paleolithic,  neolithic, chalcolitic periods. After visiting the museum of Ankara we will set off to Cappadocia. On the way to Cappadocia we will have lunch and visit one of the caravanserais of Selcuk Empire which is called Agzıkarahan Caravansary. After a 7o km riding we will get  Nevsehir. Our last stop in Nevsehir will be Uchisar that built up reputation with its naturel citadel.

End of the day, diner  and overnight in Cappadocia.


Day 3- Cappadocia

After having breakfast we  will start to explore the beauty of  Cappadocia. Our first stop is going to be  Pigeon Valley. The name comes from the thousands od pigeon houses that have been carved into the soft tuff since ancient times. Afterwards our next stop will be Open Air Museum in Goreme that contains the finest of the rock –cut churches , with beautiful frescoes( wall paintings) whose colors stil retain all their original freshness. After having lunch in a cave retaurant we will head to Kaymaklı  Under Ground City which is the widest underground city of Cappadocia region, it was carved underneath  a rock hill. Next stop of us going to be Pasabag Valley which is also called Monks Valley, contains some of the most striking fairy chimneys in Cappadocia with twin and even triple rock caps. Before going back to our hotel we will pay a visit to Avanos town that popular with itc pottery production dates back to Hittites.

End of the day, diner and overnight in Cappadocia.


Day 4- Cappadocia, Konya, Pamukkale

After having breakfast we will set off for Pamukkale. On the way in Aksaray province  we will visit Sultanhan Caravanserai which is one of the station for traders to supply their accomodation on the ancient Silk Road. After  a 1 hour riding we will get Konya province. First lunch and afterward we will visit the mouseleum of Mevlana then to Karatay Theological School in which beautiful tiles are  on display. After 4 hours driving we will get Pamukkale.

Day 5 – Pamukkale –Kuşadası

After breakfast we will visit the remnants of  Hierapolis Ancient city and the white calcium, carbonate deposit of Pamukale. After lunch we will set off for  Kusadası.

Day 6- Kusadası, Ephesus

After breakfast  first of all  we will visit Ephesus  which is very well protected  an ancient city. The library, Temple of Hadrian, Agora, Odeon, The Grand Theatre… following this we will visit the House of Mother Mary where is thought that she spent her last years. Afterward our next stop will be the Church  of St. John   then  the Museum of Ephesus and finally we will visit the temple of Artemis which is recognised one of the  Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.  Diner and overnight in Kuşadası



Day 7- Kusadası, Pergamon, Çanakkale

After having breakfast  we will head for Ancient Pergamon which is cited in the Book of Revelation as one of the Seven Churches of Asia Minor. İt is 2.5 hours ride from Kuşadası. As we get in Pergamon first stop of us will be Asclepium ; the biggest hospital of the Ancient World and the Sanctuary of Asclepius, the God of Healing. After your tour guide tell you the signifigance of the site you will visit The Acropolis of Ancient Pergamon with its remnant date back to Hellenistic and Roman period
The function of Acropolis in Pergamon was newer the same as the function of the acropolis in Athens. İn Athens, everything was focused on religion, where as in Pergamon it was on social and culturel activities. The buildings had large areas for the public where they could walk, meet and join in social affairs. Following this we will visit The Temple of Serapis which is known today as the 'Red Basillica'. Red Basillica was one of the Seven Churches to which the book of revelation was adressed. End of the tour driwe to Çanakkale. Diner and overnight in Çanakkale.

Day 8- Çanakkale , İstanbul

After having breakfast we will drive to Troy ancient city where famous Trojan war took place.  After visiting the city of Troy with nine inhabitation levels covering a period of 3000 years and exploring Megaron Houses we will head to  Çanakkale  for lunch. Then we will take a ferry to Gallipoli peninsula where world war 1. took place. After visiting the martydoms of Turkish and Anzac soldiers we will get our hotel. Dinner and overnight in İstanbul.


Day 9 . İstanbul

Transfer to İstanbul Airport for flight back home..
